Meinbert Gozewijn van Soest (born 1964) is a Dutch visual artist, living in Amsterdam. He graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy with a focus on monumental design. His work contains found objects, drawings, texts, and photographs, often dealing with questions about immortality. He portrays human nature, but also existing persons. His drawings have a sinister and yet appealling atmosphere. He has exhibited in many solo and collective exhibitions.
