Emil Pospíšil (1958-1994) was a guitar player, a sitar player, composer, singer, producer. In his youth he played rock music when he moved to Prague and began to play with Czech folklorists such as Vladimír Merta, Oldřich Janota, Petr Lutka and Vladimír Veit. Most famous is his collaboration with Karel Plíhal.
